Ahmed Heikal, Chairman and Founder of Qalaa Holdings (CCAP.CA on the Egyptian Exchange, formerly Citadel Capital), an African leader in infrastructure and industry, has increased his stake in Citadel Capital Partners (CCP), the lead investor in the Qalaa Holdings, by 4%.
